Isla Joy was born in 2010 and known as Wild Child Couture when I began sewing and selling fabric flower headbands at local craft shows and markets. I also had the pleasure of creating a one of a kind headband for Monica Potter Home which were sold in her cute shop in Garrettsville Ohio. I have continued to grow my business over the years and have loved seeing where my passions have taken me. My talented daughter Jocelyn has joined me in this small business venture by adding her own artistic abilities like her mom. Our love for the coast and constant need to be cozy has been our inspiration these days.

Another driving force behind our brand has been our participation in a very special market that is near and dear to our hearts. This local event is called, The Summer Market, which takes place once a year in Lorain, Ohio and previously in Avon Lake, Ohio. The market has helped my small business grow to what it is today. From all of the artisan friends I have made over the years to all of the amazing customers who return year after year to support us, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
