Online Shipping Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from our small business. Please contact as soon as possible after receiving your items if there is any issues with your purchase. Regular clothing purchases have a 30 day return policy from the day it is received. Please contact us to initiate return/exchange process and to receive a return authorization. When shipping an item back to us please use a trackable shipping method to send back your item, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or return shipping fees. Once we receive your item back we will issue a store credit or offer an exchange for the right size or another item. Sorry no refunds.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that has been worn or damaged by the customer, is missing tags, or merchandise with the presence of odors or pet hair.
- Discounted merchandise, Sale merchandise, and Clearance merchandise are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.
